Dear colleagues I have the honour and the pleasure to invite you at the second Congress of the Straight Wire Romanian Association that will take place in Targu Mures, between the 25th – 27th September 2008. Targu Mures is located on the ban s of the Mures River, where the medieval historical roads meet and it offers some remarkable places to visit. The participants will have the chance to admire the architectural monuments and the picturesque landscape in the sweet scent of autumn. The Congress programme includes the participation of famous specialists in orthodontics, Romanian colleagues and young researchers with interesting conferences. Deadlines/Dates limites Abstracts/RésumésThe abstracts selected by Scientific Committee will be presented as oral or poster presentation. / Les résumés seront présentés comme comunications orales ou affichées. Abstracts must be submitted in English or French. It should not exceed 300 words in length and should be set out as indicated below: - The font size must be size 12 Times New Roman - Underline the name of the presenting author - Do not include any additional underlining, italics or illustrations Abstract Format Titles in BLOCK capitals (10 – word limit). Authors (lower case letters) – The name of five authors only should be included in the names of all the first five authors being deleted. Institution. The full postal address should be given on the correspondence page but only the name of the institution, city and country within the actual abstract. Aim of investigation, Material (or subjects) and methods. Results. Results should be given if necessary, in abbreviated form. Conclusions. A statement such as “the results will be discussed” is insufficient. Please note that registered delegates will be limited to two presentations i.e. either a paper and a poster or two posters. Dimension of poster should be 100cm wide and 180cm high. Presentation of posters is going to be held on September 7th 008, from 11am until 1 am. Three best poster presentations will be awarded by Forestadent and Myofunctional Research (substantials products). Les affiches seront numérotées et distribuées en fonction des sujets du congrès.
