To become a member of Romanian Straight Wire Association you have to fill the bellow form. Send to us by email the form accompanied by a photo (for the identity card) and pay annual the member fee.

Member form - right click and choose Save Target As

The annual member fee for 2005 is 60 EURO.
You have to pay this fee in ARSW bank account. This fee include 2 issues / year of our journal " Orthodontic Trends".
