Primul Congres International al ARSW
23 - 25 septembrie 2002, Constanta.

It affords me great pleasure to invite you to attend the First International Congress of the Romanian Straight - Wire Society. For our venue we have chosen the city of Constanta, the second largest city in Romania .

Constanta is an important touristic and economic area due to the fact that is a sea-port at the Black Sea . Numerous museums of the city are devoted to local history or exhibit ancient and modern fine arts.

The main purpose of our congress is to present new important techniques to young orthodontists.

In co-operation with University OVIDIUS of Constanta, the Faculty of Dentistry, we have elaborated an interesting scientific programme as well as an attractive social programme. The Scientific Committee of the Congress has selected some outsanding keynote speakers for our meeting.

A pre-congress course will be given by Dr. J. Faure, the chief of the Orthodontic Departement of the University Toulouse III, France. We are also honoured to welcome other eminent orthodontists: Pr. Dr. R. Nanda (USA), Pr. Dr. Yves Trin (France), Pr. Dr. G. Farronato (Italy), Pr. Dr. P. Godoroja (Rep. of Moldavia) and Pr. Dr. M. Gheorghiu (Italy).
